Growth capital, also called development capital, is the long-term equity capital raised to allow a company to prosper without relying wholly on short-term bank debt.

EXMAG invests in medium-sized businesses which want to build significant additional value for their shareholders by improving their performance. Our investments normally lie in the range of €10m - €100m.

We work in close partnership with ambitious companies which want to accelerate their growth without necessarily increasing their debt burden, and with executive-management teams who envisage becoming shareholders. Therefore, we are glad to integrate buy-outs in growth-capital deals (see Buy-outs).
